  • Underwater cable float is an essential buoyancy accessory for subsea cable laying and marine pipeline engineering. It is designed to provide stable and lasting buoyancy support for underwater power cables, communication cables and umbilical cables, preventing cables from sinking, touching the seabed, rubbing and being damaged by water flow impact.
  • We provide two mainstream material options for different working conditions. The conventional PE and PU closed-cell foam floats have uniform and dense closed-cell structure, zero water seepage, light weight and high cost performance, suitable for shallow water and coastal conventional cable laying projects. The advanced syntactic foam solid buoyancy module is composed of high-strength resin and hollow glass microspheres, with ultra-low water absorption, high compressive strength and stable buoyancy performance, which can adapt to deep-sea high-pressure environments up to 6000 meters, perfectly matching offshore oil and gas, ROV equipment and deep-sea engineering projects.
  • All cable floats adopt integrated molding process, with smooth surface, strong wear resistance, seawater corrosion resistance and long service life. Customized size, density and buoyancy parameters are available to meet diverse engineering installation requirements. Easy to install and maintain, it is the ideal supporting product for marine cable laying and subsea fluid transmission projects.

Subsea Deepwater Buoyancy

GURIG is mainly engaged in the buoyancy materials for marine equipment and anti-corrosion materials required for marine engineering. We provide application research, pilot production, market development, sales and technical consulting services for marine solid buoyancy materials.
