Fire Sprinkler Pipe is a type of normal carbon steel pipe used to convey water or gas. Usually it is red and black in color. Also some pipes are HDG (hot dip galvanized) with a silvery appearance. Installation of paint steel pipe is for wet pipe sprinkler systems. Installation of galvanized pipe is allowed in wet and dry pipe sprinkler systems (including preaction pipe sprinkler systems).
