Vertical Indicator Post
An indicator post, or an indicator post valve, is a valve assembly used to open or close the water supply main to a fire protection system.
Vertical indicator is used to operate and indicate gate valve switches buried underground or difficult to access. After operation, the valve can be locked.

Description
Indicates if the valve is in the open or shut position.
Easily adjustable indicator OEPN and SHUT targets.
The wrench fits over a "U" bracket on the barrel, and may be fixed with a padlock to secure the operating wrench to the barrel.
Can be supplied to open left or right.
