Grooved pipe couplings and fittings are used to join and pipes in both wet and dry system. They provided some flexibility in terms of movement and deflection to the piping system.

Construction

Description

• Range from DN25(1”) up to DN600(24”).

• Epoxy paint 200 microns min: RAL 3000.

• Finish: Paint red, paint orange, epoxy red coating, galvanized, dacromet coating, or any requirements.

• Caps are used at the end of the groove pipeline connection, which would close the pipeline accordingly.

• Cap with hole is with female threaded, NPT/BSPT.

Standards

• Design: ISO6182, AWWA C606, GB 5135.11

• Grooved: ASME B36.10, ASTM A53-A53M, ISO 4200.

• Pressure Rating: 175-500Psi
