Grooved pipe couplings and fittings are used to join and pipes in both wet and dry system. They provided some flexibility in terms of movement and deflection to the piping system.

Construction

Description

• Range from DN32(1 1/4”) up to DN300(12”).

• Epoxy paint 200 microns min: RAL 3000.

• Finish: Paint red, paint orange, epoxy red coating, galvanized, dacromet coating, or any requirements.

• Reducer is used for pipeline connection. It is mainly applied in the pipeline diameter change. The center of the two ends of the connection is in the same or different straight line, which can change the flow rate.

• Reducer threaded is with female threaded, NPT/BSPT. And the branch pipe is threaded connection.

• Design: ISO6182, AWWA C606, GB 5135.11

• Grooved: ASME B36.10, ASTM A53-A53M, ISO 4200.

• Pressure Rating: 175-500Psi
