Hot-Dip Galvanized One-Bolt Ready-to-Install Coupling

Different from the standard grooved couplings, the quick coupling is a ready to install rigid coupling for general piping applications where rigidity is required. The quick install coupling includes two identical housing segments and a fully constrained wedge.Proper installation requires the tightening of only one bolt &nut.

The quick coupling does not need to disassemble during installation. It reduces the number of loose bolts, nuts, and other parts, reduces the material handling on site, and reduces the risk of workers' injury. The design of the single unit allows the installer to assemble the coupling or fitting easily, inserting it onto the grooved end of a pipe and tightening the nuts.

As this bolt & nut is tightened, the wedge applies uniform compression to the gasket. The hinge bolt&nut is factory pre-set and requires no adjustment.
